Can’t cope

Hi, I’ve just joined this group and am completely new to these forums.
I just don’t know what to do anymore. My anxiety and panic issues have never been worse and I feel completely isolated from everyone around me.
Does anyone else feel like one person in their life makes their anxiety and panic so much worse? And what to do about that person should you remove them from your life?
