Cancer:(

I'm always so scared about cancer. Mosquito bites = cancer. Nausua = cancer. Anything = cancer. I'm such a bloody drama queen, i just get anxious over every little thing that happens to me. If I have a stomach bug, I think I'm about to die. I don't think I will grow old. Heck, maybe not even past the age of 20.

Now i've actually got a lump on my head which a lot of the time, ik it's probably a cyst, but if the word "cancer" comes up, i get really bad anxiety. I can't read or watch anything involving cancer, cancer charity adverts make me anxious. It's so hard bc what's anxiety and what's real? What's irrational and what's rational?
I can't tell the difference anymore:(
