Looking forward to holidays!!

I hated flying!!!! use to sit there a week before we were due to go back worrying about the plane crashing!!!

now though im no longer going to let this worry keep me in this country!!!

went on a plane in november on hols........and planning to go away skiing this Jan!!!!

having anxiety/panic is awful but im determined to take some good out of this and one of those things is to think and feel more rationale and by doing this i intend to get on a plane at least three times a year and see the world!!!

a positve from a negative!!!!

hello Doddy,

I'm not a fan of flying either though I used to fly all the time. However, I have slowly gotten used to it again and am working my way up to flying to Malaysia. I feel so good now when I get off a plane because I know that I have done it. Hope you have a brilliant holiday!!
