People not replying to messages

At least 3 of my friends haven't replied to my messages. I'm so paranoid everyone hates me. I haven't done anything wrong. It's worse when you know they've read them and have posted on social media loads. Like seriously am I worth less time than a meme?!
It's not even like my messages are in any way complicated or needy or anything.
Another friend seems off with me because I didn't go to her 2nd wedding do (I went to the first one) because my abusive ex was there. She said she didn't mind and understood but hasn't got in touch.
How do you cope with this, I already feel like I don't matter and try not to isolate myself too much but now I feel like not bothering with anyone ever again and going to live in a hut on an island where I can't upset anyone ever again

I agree with you.

I have not been on NMP for a while.

All people on this site have problems they like to talk about, but if one gets no

replies it is very disheartening.

But don't let them get you down.

Hopefully you'll find someone who will bother.
