Long story short, i've been an anxiety and depression ridden since I was 16 (I'm 23 now) and i've been through all kinds of health anxieties, death anxieties and what not. Well my recent phobia is getting laced/drugged in my food or beverage. For instance, I live with a roommate who constantly has friends over, and if I leave a water bottle or drink out of my sight, and I come back, I have the urge to throw it away or dump it down the sink because of my fear of someone lacing or poisoning me. does anyone else feel this way? this is a newish thought process i've been developing, and it seems like when I get over one thing, another fear starts developing and it's a non stop cycle. I need to know if anyone else has these fears and would prefer if someone can give me advice or help. Thank you for reading. <3
