It could be an anxiety thing, but the other day in the gym I was using a shoulder press machine (I never use machines before that) and my neck felt off. Now my arms and hands both sides, feel stiff and achy. My upper body just feels wobbly, even shoulders and neck. I get some aches in my arms too. Can this just be plain old anxiety too? Or maybe nerve impingement? I do have a straight neck with no curve.
