Hey all! It's been a long while since i've posted here.

I'm doing a lot better than I was last year. I still have terrible mental health. But i'm doing ok.

Apart from one, single thing.

I need to go to the bathroom.

A lot.

It happens at home, normally. Going to pee every 60 minutes or so at the worst.

It really flares up when I have to leave the house though and I know i'll be without a bathroom for a while. The worst it ever got is a month ago where I went somewhere 15, 20 minutes away. Went before I left, had to ask my mum to pull into a McDonalds halfway there. And had to urgently go again when we got there.

But it's not just my bladder, it's my bowel too. When i'm off for a few days i'll do normal movements but when I have to go out/am anxious I won't be able to stop going/i'll have cramps/feel like incomplete evacuation. There were some days when it's the worst but now it feels like it's all the time. I keep trying things like meditation, eating healthy, exercising, taking relaxing baths, taking herbal remedies, etc. But nothing seems to help me relax!

I'm not sure what to do anymore. Help!
