    Help and advice

    Been on 80 mg slow release and my psych wants me to just stop it after 2 years , what will I notice if I do ? On a hole load of other meds too but wants to stop this one first

    You may notice a increase in heart rate and pulse? But nothing else really. It’s a pretty tame med to come off

    Thanks for that , how’s the quetiapine journey going as coming off that too

    I reduced to quickly from 200 to 150mg so fine back to 200. I was at 350mg and dropped great to 200mg! How you doing with it?

    Day 4 and going well , I’m still shit and broken as I call it but not noticed any change coming off this

    Day 6 of trying to come off this and got really tight chest and finding it really hard , was on 80 mg slow release and psychiatrist said just to stop ?????
