For the past couple of days I have been having really bad ectopic heart beats.They seem to be worse at night.
There really scary.
I have been very stressed for a year due to leaving work because of bullying.
I've cut down on caffeine as I was drinking about 10 cups of tea and day. It hasn't helped so far.
Can anyone help.

I get them when I'm stressed. I've had ECGs and 24hr monitors and they are just benign ectopics. It's a good idea to tell your doctor and they will probably do an ECG to put your mind at rest. Lots of people get these so you aren't alone.
