I always seem to get an IBS flare-up a few days after the stress has passed - does anyone else get this? it's almost like my body forces itself to keep it together for the actual thing and as soon as I'm 'safe' it goes bonkers in Yonkers.

Yep! i get through my stressful or shit day and then a few days or the next all hell! think it depends on the thing, its either before or after
