    I remember him singing A Whole Lotta Love on AGT and it was brilliant even Robert Plant and Jimmy Page gave him accolades

    I pretty much never heard of any of the names yous guys mentioned here

    I said before that the music I really used to dig which was R&B blues hippety hoppety and trchno just brings back too many traumatic memories

    I got Deezer and downloaded a huge buncha stuff what got no associations for me

    classical. gypsy jazz (really dig it). choral/opera

    I couldn't survive without music, got all that new age brainwave crap too but only for meditation

    I find I like more nostalgia music this time of year...
    A bit of Sinatra, Andy Williams.....
    What you call lounge music.

    My tastes are so varied.
    50s - 80s

    And you are right lebonvin, some music from our past can trigger feelings of anxiety.
    Instead of being a memory, it's a throw to maybe not a pleasant time in our lives.
    It's good to try new stuff.

    I've bought the Wifey the new Robbie Williams CD and she loves it, its a little twee for me.

    I've bought myself the bew experimental Coldplay CD and I'm unsure what to think, its definitely different but maybe the vocal delivery and the trippy bits still don't have the heft of other bands. I like Coldplay I just don't love them.

    Snow Patrol Reworked just feels unneccesary.

    So I find myself listening to The Clash and The Jam on repeat still and FRank Turners recent celebration of women, No Mans Land.

    This is one of my favourite "chill-out" tracks when I'm feeling a bit stressed;
