Red face Anyone know how to get over the “bodily reminder” stage?

I made up that term btw haha.

But basically I’m at the last 15% of my anxiety and the only thing holding me back is my subconscious mind reminding me of how I have some symptoms of a disease or syndrome. For example: I will focus on my video game and randomly think about my chest deformity and get worried. Or another example: I go to the bathroom and then look at myself in the mirror because of how handsome I am...then I remember I have those back stretch marks and uneven shoulders that also signify that it COULD be Marfan syndrome. Or those freaky palpitations/pulsations.

My doctors told me about 3 times not to worry about it because I don’t have the MAIN life threatening symptoms
    Anyone?

Listen to your doctors and repeat what they said anytime a negative thought enters your mind.

    Positive thoughts
