I feel silly even asking this but I was messing around with a friend to some music and was pretending to “head bang” and now I’m worried I shook my brain so much I will get a brain bleed. Is that possible?

So it’s possible then? I’m basically screwed then cuz I can’t get to hospital and it’s 10pm
Seriously? Please tell me how my reply led you to that conclusion
Let's see... Heavy Metal and head banging has been around since the 70's. How many deaths by head banging have there been in proportion to the population that listens to it and engages in that behavior?

No it's not possible. I used to search for that few years back and you can't. You don't have the force to do smth so bad to your head and neck.
Although I seem to remember a dance from the 80s that went along with the guitar solo in Lynyrd Skynyrd's Free Bird that could hurt if you mistimed it...
