Constant palpitations

Hi have suffered with palpitations for years and years.

However recently they have been a lot worse are are really bothering me at the moment.

I have been to a&e for an ecg and they couldn’t see anything concerning but I didn’t have any palpitations whilst on the machine. I have been referred back to my go for blood tests and a 24hr Holter monitor.

The thing is mine seem to be a lot more regular that what I hear of other people. Like I can have 100s a day! Some days they feel almost constant . They feel realy strong at times and I get a headache with them!

I know my anxiety over them is making them worse but I just can’t help but worry out of my mind.

Anxiety definitely doesn’t help! I am going through something similar and its horrible. But when I’m anxious about it its even worse.

If you’ve gotten tests and they are good then you should not worry about it. I am waiting to get a 24 hr monitor to see whats up, we shall see...
