Gurgling/popping guts

Does anyone else get this?
It’s like popcorn going off in my stomach and intestinal area. Growling/grumbling too. I’ve had it regularly for around a year and it drives me crazy. Sometimes (like the last 2 nights) it wakes me around 3am with the growling/grumbling/popping!
It makes me so very anxious (which obviously doesn’t help!!)

I get that a lot, and whilst it's very annoying it's very normal. It's normally just air and food going around your system, a very normal thing. I hear it more when I have an empty stomach at night when it's quiet. Totally normal

Nothing to worry about here. It's simply peristalsis in action, which can be louder/more prominent, especially in those with IBS.
