    Internal movement feeling!! Help

So I was just sitting having something to eat and suddenly I had this strange feeling like I was being pulled/tugged for a few seconds. It went and then came back again but this time with the extra feeling like I was on an elevator. It seems to affect my head mostly and I can feel the adrenaline. I had a headache just after and felt a little sick. Had numerous tests over the past couple months including bloods, ecgs, chest xray, CT scan (Head) and all clear. Started CBT recently as my anxiety was crippling!! Thought I was getting somewhere but it just seems like it’s 1 step forward 10 steps back!! Please tell me someone else gets this or something similar!?

Heh...well I could kinda describe some of my feelings as being pulled in a random direction by an unseen force, but I get it all the time because of a vestibular problem. Anxiety probably part of it too.
