Liver function help plz

I was diagnosed with fatty liver about 4 years ago I’m about 4 stone overweight and I had my last test 3 months ago which showed raised alt to 105 range is (9-55) and raised gamma gt to 98 range is (6-35) I had my bloods again today and I’m now in total panic mode as I’ve had upper right pain in my abdomen for a month or more now I’m in a compleate mess with worry that I have liver failure or chirosis of my liver. Can anyone tell me there experience and how high are my results. Would that levels cause chirosiss ? I am diabetic but diet controlled and my thyroid is under active no meds. I don’t drink or smoke but last 3 months I have been out twice due to birthdays I did drink a lot each time. I really need some assurance.

Has your GP mentioned it might be a gallbladder problem?
Sounds like that to me.

My liver results have been pretty much the same for years maybe slightly increasing they ruled out any gallbladder probs I’m just having an anxiety attach at the thought of chirossis of the liver
