What type of chest pain should concern us?
i quite often get chest pain after being stressed or anxious or working out, its sharp pains or my chest feels tender to touch.
so what kind of pain should we be alert to?

I see you've been posting about this fear for a couple of years.
The answer is a young or youngish person doesn't have to be alert to chest pains, unless they have reason to, and it looks like from previous posts you've been tested out for palps. given the all clear, and therefore should know better than most people that you have nothing to worry about.
What steps have you taken to address these anxieties?
