Can sertraline work again if I had breakthrough and went of it.

Was on sertraline worked well at 50mg for a long time. Last year started having breakthrough anxiety. Went off them and tried Prozac and Lexapro which did not work. Is it possible sertraline could work again for anxiety. I’ve been on it 12 days and having therapy along with it.
