So my latest worry...after getting used to PVC/Ectopics and very very occasional SVT...is angina? I’m 22 years old don’t smoke, in good shape but haven’t exercised as much as I’ve wanted to over the past years due to anxiety.
I was cycling to work this morning and got a throbbing pain which felt like it was down my throat - but I could feel it in the centre of my chest - and back. It stopped after cycling. What was also weird that was when I changed my posture the pain almost disappeared? I’ve had it twice before, once walking up a hill and once just walking after a night out. I’ve exercised in between these episodes without any pain and even climbed a 3800ft mountain without the pain! I’m now just scared after reading angina symptoms this is what I have!? Starts on exertion and stops after. I’ve even been out for a short run this morning to get my heart rate up to see if I get the pain again and I didn’t!?
Ive previously had an echocardiogram, a 24 hour holter monitor and about 20 + resting ECGs. Is it possible to get angina in a year? Aged 22?
