Comments: the nausea and lightheadedness is the most disruptive apart from a migraine itself or an axiety attack - if i don't feel sick or dizzy my confidence grows, if i do i start to worry and visulise me embarassing myself and being stranded ill with a long journey home. if i can quosh these feelings / control my physical side of things I can eventually forget it and battle through
