Often feel better when drawing/gaming/listening to music. I am at university at the moment and that is alot of pressure for me, so it makes it worse. I've met the most wonderful and supportive people at uni that have made me feel so much better. I get depressive and anxious episodes from time to time but that usually passes when I get more busy and distracted, even though it is twice as hard to function I still push myself through.
I have Asperger's syndrome so socialisation is alot more difficult for me.

I've been dealing with more health issues (I probably had these issues, but they just weren't diagnosed) and the things I'm dealing with has given me major stress and worry. I've been having back problems that have been affecting my legs, weird edema on my legs, rhinitis that won't go away, GERD due to my overweightness, dry skin on my calves due to the edema, etc.

I'm at my wits end, but I am seeing a psychologist about all this because I know there has to be a way for me to mentally retrain myself to deal with all this.

Felt rough 10 years ago which was ignored by Drs. Fast forward 7 years and I had a massive heart attack. Since then, I’ve felt great and not really been on here. But over the last few months have felt under par and slightly concerned for my health. I’m fortunate in the fact I have to take a beta blocker which does calm me down so I do not get the major panic that I use to.
