Lung cancer fear

I’m 24 years old. Lately I’ve had an issue where I’ve had chest pain. The other night I had chest pain on the left side and thought it was related to my heart but today after I got home. When I laid down I started to have a slight shortness of breath and an achy feeling in my chest. The pain has never been severe and comes and goes. I only have a shortness of breath when lying down and not standing up. I’ve never smoked at all in my life. My mother smoked by she stopped when I was 15 and nobody in my immediate circle smokes. I’m so scared it’s lung cancer

Not likely to be lung cancer if you have never smoked to be honest.

If it was the pain wouldn't come and go.

Go and see your doctor and get checked out.
