Question for people with IBS

I'll ask here, because my doctor told me to stop googling symptoms

But is it still IBS, if when you go for a #2 you still feel like you need to go? Not right after but like an hour or so after. And it's not like I'm trying to go and I can't. It's I feel like I need to, but I don't think I do. Thinking about it constantly probably isn't helping either

The other stuff like cramps/bloating/gas I can put down to it though
