Hands shaking

Hi there
Does anyone have shaking hands?
It’s more when I have to concentrate on something or hold something that my hands shake
Some days are worse than others
It’s really upsetting me and I feel the shaking hands is making my anxiety worse
It’s starting to affect my career :mad
I just don’t know how to get out of this cycle

Yes. I do. Last night I also experienced weak feeling legs. I was having a bad episode. It isn't always there but I definitely notice it.

I get weak legs too like they won’t hold my body up
The more I think about it the worse it gets
You feel ike your the only one who’s got it

Weak, jelly legs is something I managed to overcome. Once I had ruled out physical stuff like low blood sugar and was confident it was anxiety, I started going to the gym and doing weights to prove to myself that I was, in fact, strong. At first going to the gym was a scary ordeal and I'd only stay for 15 mins. It really cured me of the fear of feeling weak though. And my butt looked great
