Weak, jelly legs is something I managed to overcome. Once I had ruled out physical stuff like low blood sugar and was confident it was anxiety, I started going to the gym and doing weights to prove to myself that I was, in fact, strong. At first going to the gym was a scary ordeal and I'd only stay for 15 mins. It really cured me of the fear of feeling weak though. And my butt looked great

But I won't cry for yesterday, there's an ordinary world somehow I have to find. And as I try to make my way to the ordinary world I will learn to survive.
