Hello. Anxiety sufferer here

I didn't do this right and posted elsewhere first.

Hi! I'm new to this forum though I've read posts before.

I'm 39 and mom to two young kids. After having my daughter I began experiencing anxiety about my health and now it
can be about anything and everything. Ie. I spent last night obsessed with the idea I might've given myself and my family food poisoning. (I did this last year and it was awful all around) No one had any symptoms but I worried anyway.

So just hoping to commiserate and talk with fellow anxiety sufferers.
