Despite many years of anxiety, I have only occasionally suffered with bowel issues. However the pas three days, I have had random cramping and very lose stools. I've been needing to rush to the loo a couple of times a day and I get sort of chills when the cramping comes on. Does this sound like a virus, or IBS or something worse? I've been very gassy too. I know bowel issues are common with stress and anxiety but this has literally seemed to come out of nowhere and shows no signs of improving so of course I am starting to get worried.
