Been on this nearly a year 15 mg , want to come off it , would I notice if I just stopped ? Always said it’s making my mornings hell

Don't just stop it - talk to your doctor about a reduction plan.

But does it help with sleep? Just stopping this and cutting down too quickly on Prg will definitely affect you.

Speak to doc as Nic says so you can be given proper withdrawal plan for meds you want to stop taking.

I definitely think you would notice - or even if you were very lucky and did not, it is not worth the risk for a slower taper.

I really would (a) talk to your DR and (b) come off as slowly as you feel you can manage. There is no such thing as too slow when it comes to getting of headmeds. But there is most definitely such a thing as too fast...

Well you're on a low dosage but you have been on it a while so I would see your gp and get him/her to wean you off over the next few weeks... Never good to go cold turkey on a med...

Doc said just to stop but after 2 days omg I had to go back on it , , want to come off it but so sensitive to ****ing meds
