Scared of getting kidney cancer or failure from ppi’s!

I’ve been off and on PPIs for quite awhile. I’ve never taken them longer than a couple months though but I’m reading more and more people coming down with kidney cancer or failure that are linked straight to the ppis! I’m on protonix right now and I’m scared to keep taking it I’ve only been on it like 3 days for now..

From what I have seen the medication section doesnt get very many reviews that’s why I posted in the hypochondria section. Im very anxious about this so why can’t it be posted there? I’m always worried about different health aliments so why can’t I post in that section!?
