So basically , I have white blotches on both sides of my penis head , more obvious on the top and less obvious towards the sides . Now the ones on the sides I have had for I guess a few years now , but I’m having massive panic attacks over some that are new and very obvious ! I have no other symptoms it’s just these blotches . I’m freaking out . Please respond ! I don’t know if it’s normal or not , I can even find any info on the dreaded google !

Penile papules are rows of tiny white growths around the head, or glans, of your penis. Penile papules are harmless. It’s not clear what causes them, but they’re not associated with any condition or STI.
