Hi there, I've got a job interview coming up this week-one of my panic triggers- so I need some support to get through it! 3 people on the panel! (So unfair). Diazepam on board, what's an effective dose for this type of situation?
Cheers

Everybody is different, but for me 10mg would do the trick.
Have you used diazepam before?
If you've got a few tablets you could do a trial run?
Good luck with the interview.
Hi, I have about 10x2mg tabs. I tried one the other day which took the edge off for the day. Obviously nowhere near the level of anxiety I'll be experiencing on the day. Dare I go to 4mg on the day! Obviously don't want to be "out of it"...
Cheers mate. Appreciated. Have you used it yourself for such situations? At 4mg etc?
Not at 4mg to be honest. I've always used 5mg to 10mg. This year it has got me through an MRI of 1 hour and one of 45 mins. It also got me through an endoscopy without the need of IV sedation this year. Last year and 2016 it got me through some extensive dental work.
Everybody is different.

What does it do for you then? Takes off the edge of anxiety and so you can operate "normally"? You mentioned it doesn't make you feel out of it....
It just calms everything down, relaxes your muscles and honestly you'll feel super chilled.
You've got plenty, try 4mg as a dummy run and see how you feel.
Cheers buddy, that's what I'll do then. Thanks for your help ...
