If CBT "helped" then use what you learned to rationalise your TC/BC fears, because they are totally irrational for someone of your age (as Jray pointed out in his informative post above).

Otherwise, you will still be self-checking daily in another 6 months and beyond

Saw a doctor this morning, he examined me and said he thought it was normal structure. I said I could feel something underneath the obvious lump that felt attached to the testicle, but he could not find it. I feel a little better about it, not 100% convinced though.

Maybe it's time to put this one to bed and start looking into therapy for your health anxiety? I don't mean to sound harsh, but your doctor probably has a lot more experience of what is and isn't normal than you do.

Great news - so as I said it is just normal and what should be there.

Put this one to bed now and get on with treating the anxiety.
