Just thought I'd share. I've been on this forum for a few years now. I tend to come when I'm having a panic attack or after I've had one. Its comforting to know that other people have them too. When I first started having them 14 years ago I didn't realize just how common they were. I would have done anything to get rid of them. 14 years later, they're still around and surprisingly, so am I. I wish we didn't have to experience this. We are the most courageous people I know, we face death and absolute fear and terror everytime we have one. I just needed to say this. Hope everyone is doing well.
