    Ectopic beats

    is it normal over say a 5 minute period that you will have maybe a few ectopic beats, not necessaruilythe ones you feel but maybe a little quicker beat here and there?

    The quicker beats are the heart 'catching up' from the slower beat - so yes, thats normal.
