Thank you for taking the time to read and respond!
I am a 20 year old male, who eats decent besides the subway almost every day.. I basically only drink water, but I haven’t worked out in 6 months or so.
I stopped working out due to intense chest pain while working out and feeling faint. I went to ER multiple times due to thinking it was heart attack and they just shoved it off. About 9 months ago to a year ago, I saw a cardiologist and he got me a chest x-ray, blood tests, EKG which all came back negative. Then we did a stress test followed by a ultra sound of the heart, which also came back negative. I’ve kinda shrugged off the fact of a heart problem, but whenever I try to work out or do a lot of heavy lifting my chest hurts, and the last few nights I’ve woken up at 3am with intense chest pain. It freaks me out, and I don’t want to go back to ER due to how much I owe in medical bills. I am a bit of a hypochondriac which I was also diagnosed with, but I don’t think that could cause this.
Any tips or thoughts? Thank you in advanced!
