Is This DP/DR? If So, Is It Common is Anxiety Disorder?

Sometimes when I am in a long conversion, talking a lot, I suddenly get this feeling that my brain is on autopilot mode and get a feeling of my mind being separated from what I am saying. It is a little bit of an unsettling feeling, a bit scary, but doesn't last too long normally (a minute or two tops). I'm just wondering if anyone else gets this, if it is DP/DR what I am describing, and if it is common with Anxiety Disorder. If it is a DP/DR thing, would it be a separate disorder, or a symptom of my anxiety disorder? Thanks!

Edit: Title is mean't to say "Is This DP/DR/? If So, Is It a Common Anxiety Disorder Symptom?"
Not sure what I wrote, it was very late a night though when I typed this out.

It doesn't sound like How people would classically describe DPDR, that's usually a feeling of constant detachment, tunnel vision and brain fog. You can also suffer constant existential thoughts and other symptoms. Dissasociation is a thing it's own right and you can get treatment specifically for this. I've heard and read people describing dissasociation like this but flag it up with your gp most importantly, they will know more
