    Feeling a failure

I was meant to be going to a pub tonight for my boyfriend's friends birthday but it involved going on a 45 minute tube journey and I couldn't face it. He has been really nice about it and we are now staying in with a video and Chinese - I just feel like a failure though and as I have been off work for two weeks I also feel really isolated from all my friends who are out doing normal weekend things...I know I need to take things one step at a time but I feel so frustrated at myself.

    Hi Emily

Please don't beat yourself up over it! Just take each day as it comes and do little steps at a time. You will get there in time.

Nothing wrong with sitting in with a chinese and a video - sounds like a great night to me :-)

    Take care

    Nicola
