well im bmc and i am having trouble with traveling out of town. worse part is i cant even travel an hour away to where i grew up. i get anxious just thinking about it. i get soreness in my chest and panic that ill have a heart attack. i dont know why i can go around my town i live in with ease mostly but when it comes to leaving town, i panic.
traveling used to not bother me. i used to live 2 hours away from where i grew up and didnt have an issue really. ive gotten over my fear of flying and flew many states away and even stayed 2 weeks by myself. i couldnt image if i had to do that now.
i dont want to live like this the rest of my life :(
