I am slowly getting my life back after over a year and a half of really bad anxiety and depression and here are some things you can do to improve yours!

Read books
Yoga/Light exercise (walking, stretching)
Plant base diet or not even fully plant base but remove all the crap
Stop smoking (you should be doing that anyway!)
Stop drinking alcohol
Increase fluids
Make plans to do things and see the world
meditation (Nothing better than to unwind in the shower with a guided meditation on youtube!)
Stop beating yourself up. You are fighting the hardest battle. You need to give yourself a break. Take your time and try and enjoy the life you have with your friends and family
