Anxiety while solo traveling

Im travellong alone now, and even when times are good, I have been having intense anxiety, obsessive thought and a panic attack/ depressive episode. I have been off SSRI’s for about 4 months and I know it’s a huge mistake. I don’t know how to make myself not feel the constant buzz anxiety and depression. I know I’m so privileged to be able to be traveling abroad ( even on a small budget) but I feel like I’ve lost control.

I also have a boyfriend who doesn’t believe in mental illness, this is making it worse, and giving me anxiety about the relationship. And of course I’m traveling without him so these is no real way I can try to connect with him
