My mom has been getting headaches for over a year now, also a bit of dizziness, alot of neck pain, and now a earache when she moves her head. She wont listen to me about going to a doctor because of my past health anxiety. The headaches come and go, but have gotten more persistent in the last mouth or so...so of course I worry about a brain tumor

Don’t know much about brain tumours but the people I know who’s parents had it, the symptoms where very clear, they lost they’re ability to speak etc, a year would be a very long time to have vague symptoms I would say.

That matches my symptoms exactly. I have a confirmed neck issue. It's super common and I am successfully being treated by a chiropractor.
