Are there any medications that help dp/dr?

I am always anxious and have been stuck in dp/dr for years :(

DP & DR are caused by high levels of anxiety, so if the anxiety can be treated and controlled then these will improve too. X

Thanks! I am trying to work on my anxiety. My doctor wants me to take Sertraline. I guess I will try it

Are you having therapy or using any self help techniques for the DP/DR? I am going through similar myself and find 'grounding' exercises really helpful.

Sertraline is supposed to be good for anxiety, hopefully that will help. X

Yes I am going to start therapy soon too along qithbthe meds. I hope it will help me!
