IBS related?

Hello everyone.
Lately i'vebeen getting weird episodes, I remember having them before and it really doesn't feel nice at all.
First it starts with me feeling numb and a bit confused and brain foggy then i start to get really hot and sweaty and then my arm feels weak and heavy (I couldn't open my glasses case during it) and then i start to get bad bowel cramps and IBS symptoms. But the weird thing is is that it always goes away when I go for a poo.
I'm not sure whether it is IBS related but it mostly comes before an attack,maybe a weird reaction and I'm considering seeing a doctor about it since when it happens it's quite scary. Anyone else have similar symptoms?
I have been very anxious and depressed lately and I had a horrible IBS attack last week where i broke out in a full blown sweat whilst having a runny tummy on the toilet

Hi,
this sounds to me like a mix of a panic attack and an IBS attack which can be very similar.
I think see a Dr who can a)reassure you it's nothing to worry about and b)give you some help to try to manage the IBS.

Thanks for the repy I will see a doctor thursday see what they say. Feeling like my health is on the decline even though i feel perfectly fine.
