Curse it. Worry is back with a bang this morning thinking about Crohn's. And how untreated Crohn's can cause major long term problems in your intestines even if symptoms over the years are mild. Wish the doc would take me seriously now........I think I may go back in a few weeks time saying about my concerns and if this could be looked at closer.
I started drinking Keffir, which is pretty gross, this week, due to a family friends' recommendation. Anyone found this of any help with their bowel problems?
Also starting to see a new therapist wednesday, hoping he will help me.

Great about the therapist- and the kefir. Gut health - and mental health, new research suggests - are very related to our microbiomes. There is lots you can do to nurture a diverse range of “good” bacteria. Kefir being one of those. You should eat lots of sauerkraut too!!!
Kombucha is also great for this, and it's delicious, too.
Well done on the new therapist as well!
