Endometirosis? Pregnant? Help!

Saturday I started my period, later in the evening I started experiencing painful arching in my back that stretched from my lower hips to my bum, and stomach and groin. I have NEVER had pain like this before. I got put on birth control when I was 16, to help with cramping, but I never had backpack like this. I thought I was passing a kidney stone. My friend said she had the same thing randomly a few years ago. I just have never heard of it. One of my other friends said to make sure I’m not pregnant.. I’m not freaked out thinking that I am. I don’t think that I am? But now I’m scared that she said that. I was bleeding heavy on the first day. Maybe my body is getting used to the birth control? I’m not sure. I have a doctor appt on Friday- but I’m just so scared now... anyone else experience this? It’s day 4 of it.

I don’t see why you would be pregnant- unless of course you had unprotected sex.
