Wasn't expecting this

The dizzy spells....the buzzing heavy feeling in my head all the time. The only rest I get from it is after taking my zopiclone at night.

Tell .w I'm not going mad. It's been very present for days now but today while sitting I had these few seconds of real fear when it just overwhelmed me..just a few seconds of such intense dizziness.
I took half my sleeping tablet but the heavy feeling is still there...

Has anyone else experienced it to this degree?
I'm 5 or 6 nights off mirtazapine.

GAD sufferer...never know if it's just panic or medication.

Are you taking any other medication or was the mirtazapine the only one? If it was the only one, it could be general abstinence plus anxiety

I think I hope it's just the general abstinence...
I've now been t9ld to go back on them and see how I go over the next week.

I take zopiclone for sleep and that's never gave me any trouble along with my usual pain meds for nerve pain...all never caused any problems...so the rational thing is that it's most likely the mirtazapine and my own panic..I usually just get the dreaded nausea and shaking but dizzy spells can happen if I'm feeling stressed so as you said most likely a mix of the two things setting me off again.
