My anxiety, which I have had under control for years (well as much under control as it can be), since my son finished school for Christmas I’ve been feeling more and more anxious about him and my 1 year old daughter being ill for Christmas.
It’s got to the point tonight where I now can’t sleep and I’m convinced I’m now ill and I’m going to ruin everyone’s Christmas. Either by making everyone ill or my anxiety doing it.
I’m now wide awake unable sleep with worry of every little noise from there rooms.
