    Exclamation Compulsions failing

For years I’ve had relief from doing compulsions now my ocd is at a stage where I can for example take a towel and another and upto 4/5 or or shower and still feel dirty.

Why is my compulsions not working? I know to beat ocd you have to stop them but the compulsions have made me worse as I end up never feeling “just right” ?

Is there any where else which states compulsions can suddenly stop working? Can’t find any online so I must be unique?

    Re: Compulsions failing

I've mentioned to you before that my compulsions often frustrated me and only intensified my anxiety. I've spoken to others who have found the same.

But it's a somewhat irrelevant question unless your intention is to try to reinstate it's previous effectivenes?
