Yep, I’ve noticed I do exactly the same. Even do it when I’m sat down sometimes and suddenly have to take a big breath [COLOR="blue"]

Yeah that does make a lot of sense. Legs and feet seem to be the worst effected. I think I’m going to give yoga a bash!
