Once again, this sandwich list is making me feel foreign! Bacon and ketchup!?

    My top 5 sandwiches are:

    1. California (Grilled chicken, cheddar, bacon, avocado, lettuce, ranch dressing)
    2. Taylor ham (similar to Canadian bacon), fried egg, cheddar cheese on a bagel
    3. Chicken salad with cucumbers on a hard roll
    4. Tuna melt with cheddar
    5. Grilled cheese (dipped in tomato soup)

Apple and cheddar is one of my favorite flavor combos. Have you never made an apple and cheddar omelette? So good.

It's lovely. I slice them thin and soften them with some butter first. I'll also sometimes do an egg scramble with chopped apples, sweet onions, and cheddar. I like more tart apples because the flavor comes out more.

Can I just say I had a lovely chicken sarnie last night. You just can't beat a lovely fluffy real chicken sarnie, none of this packaged sliced stuff!
